I generally write songs about lore, or general observations of my time in games.. but, a few of them are actually inspired by actual (in games) events. Last night, I had the displeasure of being in a Duty with the most annoying Shadowknight. He wouldnt wait for anyone to zone in to the various areas of the (instanced) Duty, and starting combat before anyone knew what was happening. Causing deaths, and blaming everyone else.
At some point, I said “Hey, it’s our first time here” – to which it inspected the healer and revealed to everyone, the low-level gear she had on.. Did he even consider the fact that she may have actually been new to the game, without any reserves of Gil (in game currency) to improve her items? He responded “I don’t have time for newbs”.
